KCSB’s 2022 Annual Fund Drive is Here!

The pots and pans are in line, ingredients are ready, and the stew is brewing….The time has come… KCSB-FM Fund Drive 2022 is officially here!!
We are so excited to launch the start of our soup-themed fund drive in celebration of 60 years of people-powered community radio. KCSB is continuing our annual tradition of celebrating our station and reaching out to the community for donations to keep us up and running as a reliable resource for our beloved community.
This year, we are returning to our regular 10-day drive structure and will have a mix of remote and live programming. Live phone banking will be in place during live programming, and you can call (805) 893-2424 and donate with the help of our phone banking operators.
For your thank you gift, you can choose from any of the awesome KCSB merch that your heart desires <3 You can view your thank-you gift options on our merch page www.kcsb.org/merch.
Our merch options this year include our 2022 Raccoon T-Shirt by our 2021-2022 contest design winner, our black Frog Beanie, and our brand new KCSB Metal Hoodie.
From the menu items on our site, under the word “donate,” to donate and receive a thank-you gift, click “merch.”
The suggested donation pledge amount is $25 for students, and $50 for non-students. We appreciate your donation and support so much, especially as we celebrate our 60th anniversary,
Keep an eye out for a full list of donation gifts we have available this year, ranging from CDs, vinyl, concert tickets, and gift cards. You will also receive a complimentary digital soup recipe book compiled by our very own DJs. When you give back, we love to gift back!
And as always, we are going to come together and provide special programming 24/7 and live on-air events for you throughout this year’s Fund Drive. Executive Committee members are going to sing their hearts out for our annual Karaoke Friday, Feb. 11th from 10pm-12a, and share stories and curate soup-related songs during KCSB Roulette Feb. 17th from 7-9pm.
