KCSB reporter and film correspondent Harry Lawton interviews the daughters of the late civil rights attorney William Kunstler. On Thursday, Nov 19, 7:30 p.m., at UCSB’s Campbell Hall, KCSB will screen the film “William Kunstler: Disturbing the Universe.” In the film, Emily and Sarah Kunstler explore the life of their father, who fought for civil rights with Martin Luther King, Jr. and represented the Chicago Eight activists, among other controversial clients. In this interview, the Kunstler sisters talk about making the film, their dad, and his legacy.
